It was definitely crowded, but the lines seemed to move fairly quickly, so it wasn’t too bad overall.

I go to Value Village on weekends fairly often, and the parking is usually not bad at all. Even when it seems busy inside, I can almost always find a spot that’s close enough, or at least not too far away.
I’d probably give it 4 stars mostly because the area near the front entrance can get a little tight sometimes. It’s not a huge issue, though, and I’d say it’s still better than parking at a lot of other stores.

I bought a jacket online and at first I was 100% convinced the return rules were going to be a headache, but nope, the policy on valuevillage.ca was really easy to find. As long as you keep the receipt, the exchange/return process is basically as straightforward as it gets. I do wish the return window was a little longer, but overall, it was definitely a good experience.

I’m always a little skeptical when stores talk about being “easy to shop” or whatever, because half the time it’s just nice-sounding company talk. But the aisles here really were wide enough and not full of random stuff blocking the way. I could get around with my cart without doing that awkward thrift store shuffle, which made the whole trip way less annoying.

I’m probably a little biased because I really appreciate a well-organized store, but the aisles here were super neat and easy to navigate. It made shopping feel way less stressful than usual.

I like stopping by Value Village to look for clothes, but the fitting rooms can be hit or miss. Sometimes they’re closed, or there just aren’t enough open, so you end up having to guess if something will fit. The prices are usually okay, but it’s annoying to buy things and then maybe have to bring them back later. Overall the store is fine, I just wish trying stuff on was easier.

I ordered a couple of shirts and a small kitchen thing from valuevillage.ca, and it was decent overall. For second hand, the quality was better than I was expecting, and the photos were close enough to what showed up. I’m happy with the order, I just kind of wish the condition notes went into a bit more detail sometimes, especially with clothing.
